Passed On

Inspired by the song 'Let Her Go' by Passenger.

I sketched out a rough concept for this last year, but could never really get into the proper mindset to flesh it out. But recently I've been coming across a LOT of angst driven BBxRae works. So, it just felt like the time was right.

A few people have touched on this idea before, but the scenario here is what if Raven outlived BeastBoy. Not killed in action, no noble sacrifice, just died naturally. And Raven (possibly the result of her demonic bloodline) grew old without him.
I know, I know. Why something as clichéd as in the rain?

Because even the sky cries for him.
