Aww, this is a really cute and heartwarming moment. I appreciate her pensive yet blasé look when she removes the last petal, and especially her soft smile. It was a good idea to darken the falling petals, it accentuates them.

That's funny because I was readind this very afternoon the last book before DC's reboot. Raven had troubles with Solstice's powers and emotions, and was telling Gar that she used to be afraid of her feelings for him. With this animation, I can imagine her thinking, loathing, sulking, fearing all by herself because of her powers. She's one of those characters for whom I'm glad she found " the one " who balances her (mh, I'm not sure this sentence is understandable, though...).
